We started using Canadog products a few years back when we were lucky enough to have Rob and Shelley as our neighbors. Shelley does great work and is always ready to help redesign a product to suit your needs if necessary. It is refreshing to work with someone that really wants to make and provide a quality product. Her harnesses have now completed two Iditarods and three training season with great success. Their collars have been worn by generations of our dogs already and the easy use slides make them a favorite with growing dog necks for us. And our Canadog dog coats are looking great after many a cold day on the trail. We highly recommend Canadog products to all. Our only complaint with Canadog is that they are no longer our neighbors!

Our dogs put about 4000 miles a year on their harnesses, so they require something that is comfortable, sturdy and lightweight. Canadog products fit all of these requirements. Consistent, flawless workmanship in a harness that is comfy and fits like a glove.  Orders are done pronto.  I even think our dogs run faster dressed in Canadog!

The harnesses I bought from CanaDog are absolutely amazing!  They fit my dogs perfectly and the quality is outstanding.  Shelley is extremely helpful and personable.  Recently in a bind I had left my Canadog harnesses at home and had to buy some from a local maker.  I found they were absolutely inferior in quality and style to CanaDog's.  From now on, whenever I need a harness, I'll definitely be ordering from CanaDog.

...we purchased 35 collars from another Canadian company 2 years ago and tried to wash them after one season.  This result was a disaster; unable to adjust the faded collars, along with weakened/separated stitching leaving us with a few dogs roaming the farm, to say the least!  Last year's CanaDog collars have not only withstood the extreme conditions of sunlight, rain, mud,  blood and snow, in fact, they have been washed after one year thus looking like the day they arrived.  No torn collars, stitching intact, no color fading and a perfect 1.5" nickle plated O'ring without any rust.  It is said, "You get what you pay for!"

I received my Canicross belt. I searched for one with a pocket for my cell phone and a ring to caribeen my car keys too.It even has a harness for a water bottle! I finally found what I wanted in this belt. I look forward to the many hikes,hands-free with my essentials as I spend time with Makwa my beautiful blue-eyed 5-month-old Siberian Husky!

I have been using Canadog equipment four the past four seasons and can’t say enough about the quality. In Central B.C. where I live and train, we get a lot of moisture throughout the year. Canadog’s harnesses and ganglines are tough enough to withstand 1000‘s of racing and training miles in -30 C to plus 10 C weather.  Since using the harnesses, I have had almost no harness rash on even my most thin coated dogs. I recommend Canadog to every musher.

I purchased 2 CanaDog Ripstop Lined Shorty Harnesses for my dogs.  One is a 76 lb male Siberian Indian (Native American Indian Dog/Siberian Husky) and the other a 72 lb  female Great Siberian Pyrenees (Husky/Pyrenees).  I was impressed by the quality and workmanship of the harnesses, the proper fit and ease of adjustability, quick turnaround time, and EXCELLENT communications from Shelley. 

I don’t race dog sleds or cani-cross, but I run a lot with the dogs.  I found the harnesses to be easy to slip on and easy to run with.  The dogs immediately accepted the harnesses without any fuss, no biting at it or attempts to remove it.

I'm loving my canicross belt and think it's a 100x better than running with your dog while holding onto a leash and much more comfortable too.
Plus, it's the only belt I've seen with a water bottle holder. I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys working out with their dog.

The belt fits and works GREAT and is very comfortable!

We live in Texas, where canicross-style running is practically unheard of, but we've gotten plenty of positive comments on the local trails and at the local
5K events, so maybe you'll be getting more canicross belt orders from Texas in the future.

Just got back from an awesome run and I have to let you know how much we like the Canicross kit we got from you!  There is nothing like running under full American Pit Bull Terrier power!  Thank you again for a great product and making a VERY happy pitter!!

I've used my canicross kit on every trail run since it arrived in the mail. I had forgotten how amazing it is to be able to use both of my arms when I run. It's also a relief to no long hear my dog gasping for air on her collar. The quality of the harness and belt are top notch and I'm sure we'll put many miles on them before it's time for a new set. Shelley provided great service, walking me through the process of measuring my dog for her harness. CanaDog makes a great product.  I only wish I knew about them when I started running with my dog a year ago!
