Our Skijor Starter Sport ~ 1 Dog includes:
1 x Skijor Belt
1 x Bungee w/ Single Leader Line
1 x Shorty Harness ~ Sport
Sizing option indicates HARNESS SIZE ONLY. Belt and line is ONE SIZE.
If you would like to substitute a Regular X-Back Fleece or Regular X-Back Ripstop harness for the Shorty Harness you can do so by choosing the option available. Please watch our instructional videos on how to measure and fit this style of harness before ordering!
Harnesses larger than XL considered OVERSIZE ~ Please contact us for a custom sized harness and kit.

Enjoying our new activity

Great quality! Slow on deliver over the Christmas season (~ 3 weeks), but once it arrived we had lots of fun trying it out!. The neck fits well, but the harness is a bit short in length (we ordered the XL x-back for our 80 lb Coonhound). He seems to enjoy it though, and after only 4 practice sessions, we're now able to skijor around our local park on our own!! Can't wait for some more snow!

The Christmas season interfered with shipping and delivery but once received, the X-back harness is almost a perfect fit. Just a hair big but my boy is still growing and I'm confident he'll fill it out. Now teaching him how to pull so a learning curve in progress. Starting out with him pulling a small sled to get him used to the idea and it's working, yeah! Watching the harness under load it's clear that it's construction is dispersing the load in a way that benefits the dog in the best way. Thank you Canadog! :)

The LL large fits my 75 pound golden
retreiver perfectly. I love the adjustable
belt and the tow line with a bungee cord
like is an excellent idea. The shade of
red on my golden is very pretty.The kit
is worth every penny. Thank you, you candogs.

We got the shorty harness this spring (along with the human aharness and bungee tag line) and geared up our bike for some bikejoring. what an amazing and fun way to get outside with our little husky! We just went skijoring last week for the first time, and it was super amazing too. Since we live on Central Vancouver Island, it was super wet but the harness fared great! We're so excited for more skiing soon!

Well made product. Large fit our golden retriever/lab perfectly. Now we have to teach our dog how to do it. Training or video lessons would be great! Hint...hint! :) My kids and I are all taking turns.

I recently purchased the skijoring starter kit from this company. Both my wife and my dog love going skiing together. It was a bit pricey but an awesome birthday gift nonetheless. We have a husky lab mix and live in the NWT.

This equipment fits our Bernese-Shepherd cross nicely! The dog is able to move easily in the harness and is very comfortable. I was concerned my husband (6'5") and my dog (100 lb) would be hard to fit, but the extra-large harness size fit everyone involved perfectly! I like the way the v-collar fits the dog's neck/torso closely without being restrictive. Thanks for a great product.

A wonderful system! The belt fits all! I am 110lbs and my husband is alot more and we both wear this belt comfortabley! Easy to use, durable and well made! We love it. Look forward to trying with the new puppy!
