Service was excellent and received my starter cani-cross kit in a timely fashion. The instructions are easy to follow and the product is very well thought out and well made!

Great Product, Strong Design!

This belt/harness/lead is a great design. I have a Norwegian Elkhound that I run/bike/snowshoe/walk with and having the hands free option is great. The belt is strong enough to handle him, and feel very little pulling with the bungee on the lead. I also love the pocket on the belt for; phone/keys/money etc. My only complaint is with the shipping. I ordered a black belt, and I received red. The packing slip had a hand written note that said I had approved the change... I did not. I was really disappointed, as I wouldn't of chosen that particular color.

Hello, well its been a few weeks since I received my new Canicross hands free starter kit. Quality of the product is good, works well. Have to spend a bit more time getting my pit bull to stay on the trail, but overall allows for a great run. Easy on and stays secure and the bungee lead allows for those the unexpected detours off the path. Belt stays in place and comfortable.

To be quite honest, I didn't want to spend 100+ on this product, but I'd tried cheaper options to help me run with my super-high energy boxer and found that they all had problems (chafing under armpits, inappropriately positioned fasteners, uncomfortable belts etc).
When I found Canadog on the Internet, I knew the shorty harness was going to be a better option...and I was right. This is a really well-made piece and totally worth the money. The harness is perfect - my dog looks so comfortable running in it (as though she's not wearing anything at all); the belt is practical and comfortable and does a really good job of distributing the load, as does the bungee leash. So the bottom line is, it's expensive but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Best Dog Jogging System!

I am jogging with Maya for the last couple of weeks every morning before work.
We are using the canadog CaniCross kit. It feels great, even if Maya stopes from time to time to smell something or pee etc. it is fun to jog together.
So far we jog for a couple of miles per day and we both love it.
The kit is assembled by
a. a lightweight and comfortable harness, which does not obstruct her respiration.
b. an elastic leash that helps while jogging to not shock the dog when pulls or stops.
c. a belt for the me, which is really comfortable, and holds my waist warm and steady.
So far we jog on a paved pathway, but it must be far better to jog on a trail or dirt road.
We suggest it to everyone likes to jog or looks for motivation to start. It is also great while just walking with Maya, as it is a hands free system...
